Original Ingredients: ancient magnesium oil, avocado oil, emulsifying wax, organic lavender essential oil, less than 1% organic rosemary and organic cedarwood essential oils as minimal preservative 

Muscle Rub Ingredients: ancient magnesium oil, avocado oil, emulsifying wax, organic essential oils: peppermint, copaiba, less than 1% rosemary and cedarwood as a minimal preservative

Sleep Ingredients: ancient magnesium oil, avocado oil, emulsifying wax, organic essential oils: roman chamomile, bergamot, marjoram, and cedarwood, less than 1% organic rosemary essential oils as minimal preservative 

*Best stored in fridge, however, not necessary. Keep out of sunlight and apply with clean hands. Average shelf life is 3-4 months.
