What is the shelf life of the magnesium cream?

The average shelf life for the cream is about 3-4 months from date of order. This is because we use no preservatives in our products. The quality of our products is our main priority. To lengthen the life of your cream, use with clean hands, store out of direct sunlight in a cool place. Some choose to store theirs in the fridge, and while it may help the shelf life of the cream, it is not necessary. 

What is the shipping policy?

We currently ship within the United States using UPS or USPS. All orders include tracking information once shipped. 

Wild Sage Wellness is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier's possession. 

Shipping protection is optional but strongly recommended. 

My order says delivered but I never received it.

Start by confirming your shipping address and checking with neighbors or building management in case it was delivered nearby by mistake.

If you purchased the LABL Shipping Protection and cannot locate your package, please file a claim here within 15 days of the marked delivery date.

Orders placed without shipping protection are not eligible for replacement or refund for lost or stolen packages. 

What is the LABL Shipping Protection?

As of December 5, 2025, we offer the LABL Shipping Protection with every order. This protects your package in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

To ensure coverage, you must opt into the LABL Shipping Protection at checkout. If you choose not to add it, Wild Sage Wellness is not liable for transit-related issues.

If you purchased the LABL Guarantee and need to file a claim, please do so within 15 days of the noted delivery date.

What is your return policy?

We accept any unopened, unused item within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
