Apply liberally onto clean, dry skin. Stomach, legs, arms, shoulders, neck and feet are best. Roll on and rub in well, avoiding freshly shaved skins, cuts, burns, mucus membranes, sensitive areas, or wounds. Allow magnesium oil to sit on skin for 20 minutes. May be rinsed off in a bath or shower.
Alternatively, apply directly to targeted areas such as sore muscles, feet before bed, or areas of tension for quick, convenient relief.
