Pure zechstein magnesium chloride.

For topical use only.

Approximately 9,900 mg magnesium per bottle.

Apply liberally onto clean, dry skin. Stomach, legs, arms, and feet are best. Rub in well, avoiding freshly shaved skins, cuts, burns, mucus membranes, sensitive areas, or wounds. Allow magnesium oil to sit on skin for 20 minutes. May be rinsed off in a bath or shower. 

Alternatively, create a soothing mineral bath by spraying liberally into warm bath water and enjoy a long soak.
